Fantastic Vietnam tour program from the north to the south for 14 days

The guide will pick you up by the private vehicle for a short tranter across Chuong Duong Bridge to other side of the Red River. Just a few kilometers from the old quarter and the city changes so much already, less dense, less intense, and with a much more rural vibe. You meet your today's host at the market. A charming lady, a daughter, a wife and a mother, who will share with you today the secrets of the traditional family cuisine in Vietnam.

After a tourof the market, journey a little further to beautiful  villa on the shores of the Duong river, the second and less known but also beautiful river of Hanoi. Under the careful of your host, learn about the way Hanoian family usually take their meal at home and what composes a traditional mâm. Join hands in preparing a typical home cooked dinner, then sit together with you host and share results of your labor before heading back to your hotel. 

8.30: Departure from your hotel on a drive across the Red River Delta in the coast. The driver is around 2.5 hours.

1200 Upon arrival, and after check in procedures and a welcome drink, you are transferred to a beautiful cruise for 1 night in the Halong archipelago. One on the board, start cruising while a delicious lunch is served and the limestone rocks and setting up the decor.

15.30: In the afternoon, reach a less travelled area and devote yourself to relaxation. , sunbathing and exploring. The program is not fixed and depend on the time of the year and the weather. End of the sundeck while the sun sets. It's time for an aperitif or to attend a cooking demonstration before dinner.

6.15 Early birds can get up at dawn and join a Taichi session on the sundeck to ease their mind and muscles with the first rays of the sun touching the emerald waters.

8.00: Continue exploring the bay further with an excursion to one of the caves of the archipelago. Return to the ship and check out your cabin before enjoying a generous brunch on board while the cruise needs back to the wharf. 

9.00 - 13.00 (haft day): Start your day with a nice orientation walk around Hoi An Town. Let the guide point out the different landmarks of interest along the photogenetic streets bordered by yellow - walled houses. You reach the market and meet the chef who will lead your upcoming cookery session. He will take you flavors , exciting the market and transfer to a little farm turkey away on an island of the Thu Bon River. Enjoy a hands on cooking session and dine on the courses you've prepared. After that , return to the hotel /city by boat. The rest of the days is at leisure.

8.00-13.00 (haft day); Your guide meets you up at the hotel with the bicycles. You first head out of the town to the Cua Dai Bridge, which you can enjoy panoramic views of the Thu Bon River and its nipa-palm mangrove forest. Continue to the first stop at Noi Rang Market, an authentic country market with particularly friendly stall holders.

8.10: Transfer to Danang international airport for the flight to Hochiminh City.

Arrive at the airport and tranfer to Cantho

Cantho evening Stroll for Fondles: Often dubbed as the "capital of the Western Region", Can Tho has an intriguing mix of Vietnamese immigrant Chinese and Kher cultures reflected in the culinary , diversity here.

This evening begin with a stroll through busy street in down town Can Tho. Take in the footstalls selling various snacks and drinks and watch how they vendors tout their goods. Pass by the local restaurants and see the wide variety of dishes on offer. Continue to explore the hidden conners of the only the locals know. Along the way stop and samle some of the local delicates Afterwards, enjoy a Vietnamese, coffee and listen tolive music in an ancient styles coffee shop. Wrap up your adventure with a ride around the downtown area by electric car.

Floating market and cycle Can tho Countryside 

7.00: Take an early morning boat trip to visit Ca Rang Floating Markets, the bigest floating market in the delta. The larger boats hang samples of their goods on tall wooden poles so that traders can easily see what each boat is selling.

Afterward, take a cycling tour to the countryside of Can To, you will first visit a cacao prodicing family who supplies high quality cacao for the production of the famous Mauro Chocolate, then jump on the bike to cycle through the peaceful villages along the mazes of canals with visit to ancient trees and temples. After a delicious lunch with local delicates, you will cycle on with a ferry ride to the pick up point, where you will leave the bikes for tranter back to the hotel. Have some time for relaxation. 

Cuchi Tunnel by boat (haft of day 7.00am-13.00 pm)

7.00: Take a stunning speed boat ride (Join in) to explore the Cuchi Tunnel, a truly unique way to observe a different side of this historical vestige. Start this amazing tour by transferring to the pier for an unforgettable tour by speed boat to the Cuchi Tunnels (70 km northwest of Hochiminh City). This is a truly unique way to observe a different side of Vietnam. You will be introduced to life along the banks of the Saigon River as your boat gracefully slops through knots or floating water hyacinths on this scenic boat trip.

You will also have a chance to enjoy a window into traditional Mekong river life and wonderful photo opportunities. At the farned tunnel complex where you'll see an enormous network of underground tunnels used during the Vietnam war. The more than 200 km of tunnels re made up a main axis system with many branches that connect to underground hideous, shelter and other tunnels. You'll have the opportunity to crawl through this amazing system of tunnels to get a real feel for the life of a Viet Cong solder during the war.
